Unsure of the dining options at the airport we decided to stop here before our flight home. $3.50 margaritas sounded great....until they came and were neon green. They tasted horrible, premade of pure sour mix, should've known better. We got beer instead. My mom ordered the Mango Tilapia which she always gets at our local Chili's. I ordered nothing I really wasn't hungry. 25 mins later the food arrived. She took one bite and it was chicken not fish and it was ice cold. On top of that it was so spicy it kept her mouth burning. Beyond angry we sent it back and told them we didn't want anything else. They should've comped the beers for our troubles but they didn't even do that.

My wife and I have gone to this Chili's to eat in and for their To-Go service and we have had 2 different experiences. Eating in, we had a good experience. Food was hot and tasty. Service was good. No complaints. Recently, we got their To-Go service and got exactly the same meal we got when we ate in, Crispy Chicken Crispers, Triple Dipper with 2 orders of Southwest Eggrolls and 1 Spinach Artichoke dip, and an order of the Pretzel appetizer. When ordering on the phone, we were given a time to arrive to pick it up. I arrived at that time. The server informed me that all the food was done, it just hadn't been boxed up. 10 minutes later, finally the server brings up our food. Nothing was wrong, but I think the food wasn't yet done. I'll cut them some slack as it was a weekend, prime time dinner time, but there were also 2 other orders waiting to be filled in the To-Go. I gathered that these people walked up and placed their order. I called mine in and got it before they even left. So this place seems alright for eating in, but not very good for their To-Go.

After walking in the door we waited in the front for 15 min, not a bad wait except the people around us looked like they were straight out of deliverance. Nothing like a warm bud light served with undercooked pulled pork on a combo Mexican bowl, best part I ordered steak. Same with the steak fajitas, oddly looked like carnitas. At least the side salad and Mac and cheese my son ordered was correct. Very disappointed. Our usual experiences are more equivalent to an enjoyable trip out, and not a trip to the dentist.

I love Chili's. This was a nice location. We just hopped in for a bit of a snack. The waitress was very pleasant when we asked to share a meal (not all waitresses are so polite about small checks). She provided great service despite the lower check and we appreciate that. I've already recommended this location to friends that live in the area.

Let me start by saying the last time I was at this Chili's was well over 5 years ago. I ordered my favorite Margarita and a slab of Baby Back Ribs. The drink was awesome, the ribs were dry and flavorless. I wasn't going to go back to Chili's. So I thought... I received an email about Chili's Daddy Daughter Dinner. My girls had been bugging to do something, so I thought, I'll give it a go. We arrived at the restaurant and a private section was set aside for all us dads and our daughters. The tables were decorated with festive red and pink table cloths. The tables also had a big swath of paper and crayons with a pink sticky proudly proclaiming "Color Me!" for the girls entertainment. Our wonderful server (Rachel) promptly brought out goodie bags and tiaras for the girls. My girls ordered from the kids menu (chicken nuggets for the youngest and mac & cheese for the eldest. They loved it. I ordered the Shrimp and Steak Fajitas which were served with a nice array of condiments (seasoned crema, cheddar cheese, salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, and pickled jalapenos). The shrimp were plentiful and juicy as was the steak. Would have liked a little more steak though, but still very surprised at the quality. Was also surprised the food came out very fast given the time of day (6:00 PM). The managers were walking around and socializing with the guests and took commemorative pictures for the girls to frame (frames and stickies provided to decorate). My girls finished off with a Fudge Brownie topped with Vanilla Ice Cream. All of us had a blast. The event was a great idea and lot's of fun. I have been returned to the Chili's fan club (mainly because of the food, but also because they treated my little princesses like gold). Epilogue: Just to see if everything improved, I ordered a slab of Baby Back Ribs to go. The were tender, meaty, and well seasoned. A drastic difference from my last slab. They came with fries and spiced apples. Very tasty.

Went for carry-out for a 1 PM pick up. Food wasn't ready for 30 minutes, no apologies, comps or anything but of course we were there long enough for them to ask us to pay twice. People sitting down were getting food faster. Once we actually got the food it was cold, no ranch, mayo where there shouldn't be, no toppings on the salad. Never again. If you want Chilis just drive 10 miles down the road to a different one.

I like the fact the establishment is kid friendly. I love the original chicken dippers and the skillet queso.

Very very slow service. Even though my entire party (all 4 of us) ordered the Bottomless Express Lunch, it was the furthest thing from express. Once the food arrived, we discovered the salad included a nice mixture of fresh and wilted lettuce. I would have to say, this is the single worst Chili's I've visited.

The food is good, the service is generally slow, though. But it is close(ish) to work and has decent lunch prices.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
